bluescreen/restart when playing games

hello guys i have builded a new computer about 6 months ago , and i get 9-10 bluescreens since there. i formated my computer but its stills doing bluescreens or restarts ,probably is hardware problem .. ;/ my computer specs :
asus maximus vi hero
INTEL CORE I7-4770K
gigabyte-gtx770
power supply :CORSAIR GS SERIES GS800
ram:CORSAIR CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10 VENGEANCE 16GB
please helpp ;/(sorry for my bad english )
 
Solution
1. HDD/SSD check : http://crystalmark.info/software/CrystalDiskInfo/index-e.html

2. RAM check : http://www.memtest.org/

3. Take out the GPU and plug the monitor into HDMI port, test for a few hours or a day, see what happens.

4. Try to borrow a PSU to test with it.

5. Take out all RAM sticks and start the PC and listen for beep sound from MB, if its beeping than its probably ok, else its the culprit.

6. Try to update BIOS to the latest version, if you haven't done it yet.

7. Try to update GPU BIOS.

hello again :) this time i was playing far cry 3 for 1 hour and sundenly, i got blue screen that says windows shut down because to do not make any damage to your computer.etc ,i ve tried unplug the gpu and put it into HDMI and i understood that my pc gets slower ;/ and i also try the my SSD/HDD for error or something but i dondt understand , today i was playing call of duty ghosts and when the match finishes it shows me a black screen for a few seconds and then it restarts ;/ wtf?

not all the the tests but i make a reserch and i go to control panel<action center<maintenance<view realability history and i found some errors and i think bluescreen caused by windows because it says windows stopped working>windows shut down unexpectedly...
