Sabertooth is not worth so much money. Buy Asus PRO. Or cheaper Gigabyte X-D3H or UD3H
Other than that G.skill is maybe better and cheaper choice for tha memory.
Maybe not because corsair seems cheap now :)

Case. Well if go with water cooling Fractal R4 is not best choice. With fractal it is better go with air cpu cooler.
But with water cooling id look Corsair Air 540.

maybe this is good pick now since you looking water cooling anyway.

There is good PSU's in OC UK store.

This budget is big that must say Id look only custom loop cooling kits.
And for the video card. Id look R9 290 come with better coolers.

Or if you go with water cooling all the way. Then video card cooler do not matter much.
Then you can buy any R9 290 and order water block :)

Edit. Look this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NWsPYTDEmHQ
It gives you idea how build really awesome custom loop water cooling with Phanteks case. Look water cooling parts from aquva tuning too :)

I like the Corsair brand of cases. Very good build quality, they see to every detail. For a system like yours I'd look at their Obsidian Series. They are setup up air, water, or a combo of both. I personally have an 800D, works great. If you want a full tower with room for ANYTHING, the new 900D is the way too go as you seem to have the budget for it.

The new 750D would be good for just about any build too, for far less money

I modified the list slightly, saved you in areas, gained you in others. The PSU, for instance. 1KW is way overkill for that build, I also added 3TB HDD, instead of a 2TB. Changed the motherboard to a GD65 and finally, a mechanical keyboard :D

I chose a Shinobi XL for the case, so much room for expandability and it's a blessing to build in.

Phanteks is best in the world now. THE NR1 best choice for water cooling and really good with water cooling.
Corsair 750 is good case. But no where near to make effort to compete with Phanteks.
Phanteks price is lot but it is worth that money. Quality is way much better than any case do have.
You have to look silverstone TJ 11 to get same quality. That price is near. 600$?
