Hi guys. I've been trying to install and move Steam games to my secondary 1tb mechanical harddisk, but every game I install or move crashes, usually citing a .dll error (like Natural Selection 2 - MSVCR80.dll).
I've tried installing the games directly to the secondary harddisk, I've tried moving them with the Steam feature, I've tried moving them with programs such as Game Spreader and Steam Mover, but all of them crash.
It's probably not actually related to Steam, but rather a permissions problem instead. I tried installing a SNES emulator on the secondary harddisk - which crashed - but worked fine if I copy pasted it onto my main SSD drive.

Weird. may try uninstalling Steam all together and delete all game content (Backup any saved games though) and then reinstall steam to the secondary hard drive. Should then save all game files there.

Also download and install the Crystal Disk info in my signature. If anything comes back as Caution or Bad let me know. If its all good then you got nothing to worry about. Could have a failing hard drive maybe that is causing errors. Bad Video card/DDR Ram could also cause the crashing.
