Hi,

I recently bought a new computer and I am really new to this. A step by step guide would be helpful. Honestly, it is giving me a heart ache and headache, considering the number of hours and money I have spend.

The initial installation of assassin creed 2 was fine. After testing it, I installed other applications, including windows 8.1. I do not know what I pressed but when I tried playing the game today, the screen looks like this.

I thought it was still playable, so I continue on until I see this and this. It gives me headache if I play long and I don't think I would be able to take it too kindly after all the money I spent.

I don't think it is a graphics issue, since all my videos are working fine.

I would also have to apologize if there is any late feedback since I would have to leave for an outstation job. Considering that, I would be unable to try anything for 5 days.

But I would appreciate it if someone is able to help.

PS: I am not sure whether this would help but I have a NVIDIA GeForce Experience.

Thanks.

I run the directX diagnostic tool and this is what it say.

Name: NVDIA GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST
Chip Type: GeForce GTX 650 Ti BOOST
Device Type: Full Display Device
Approx Total Memory: 4037MB
Current Display Mode: 1920 x 1080 (32bit) (60Hz)

I think I should mentioned that right after I installed it, there wasnt a problem. I just do not know what has happened but it ended up like this later on.
