Hi ,
I am newb in this kind of troubles but here`s my "story" :

A while ago i purchased a new motherboard , ram , and a new HDD after installing my p.c. just keep restarting randomly~1-3times per week~. I tested my ram memory with memtest86 after i did some research in this kind of Bsod . (I think the ram is causing the crash)
Here is a pic. of memtest results( http://s24.postimg.org/irzikifqd/2013_12_15_14_19_32.jpg ) .

It is s the ram causing the crash or other pc components? - I will post my sistem specs if it is necessary .

Here is the Windows 7 log :

Solution
RMA the RAM. It's almost certainly DOA (unless you overclocked/undervolted it).

Note that it's probably only one stick. If it happens with all of them, or in only one slot, it's something else.
