I am currently wanting to get these with my small budget. http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/2kDQe
I have a small budget and can pick these up for £330 on Amazon, and I don't want to spend over 350. However, the actual parts list is here:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Vantage-Black-Gaming-Case-750W/dp/B0087OX6ZW/ref=sr_1_3?s=computers&ie=UTF8&qid=1387108713&sr=1-3&keywords=case+and+psu

http://www.amazon.co.uk/H81M-PLUS-Motherboard-1600Mhz-Crucial-Ballistix/dp/B00FD0I0VI/ref=pd_sim_sbs_computers_4

I have already got a PC which I cannot upgrade so I will simply transfer the HDD and CD ROM Drive if allowed to do so. Are these compatible or are there any better parts for my budget?

Solution
dude if its your first budget PC go lightly, then upgrade from there, dont go full out for an i5 if you dont have the budget because your going to be limited on what you can do, go cheaper and get a better experience for more parts, if its gaming your doing look at this :).

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant / Benchmarks

CPU: AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black 3.4GHz Quad-Core Processor (£69.99 @ Maplin Electronics)
Motherboard: Biostar A960D+ Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard (£29.99 @ Ebuyer)
Memory: Avexir MPOWER Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory (£53.90 @ Overclockers.co.uk)
Video Card: PowerColor Radeon HD 7750 1GB Video Card (£62.00 @...

If the CDROM and HDD are SATA, they will be compatible.
If you have an old IDE CDROM or HDD, you won't be able to use them.
You haven't included a graphics card.
This will limit performance in graphically intensive games.

If games are the main thing you want to do with this computer you will want a graphics card.
You could build this computer as it is and get a graphics card later.
If you want to get a graphics card with your current budget, maybe drop from a core i5 to a core i3 processor and add a Radeon HD 7770 graphics card.

i dunno im not a fan personally of the FX-4xxx series but thats just me, i dont feel they perform that greatly, but head to head it just feels like the phenom has it, it might be outdate, but it still performs well.
