I know they aren't... But if he could not go over 100 dollars and that was his firm budget, then I felt like I should show him those other two. Also it depends on his GPU as to whether it will bottleneck it or not. An i5 will perform about the same as the Athlon on a Radeon 7770, but it will perform much better than the Athlon x4 760k with a 7870 or a GTX 660.

I know, but if he buys a better CPU right now, he will avoid CPU bottleneck if he decides to get a better GPU or already has one. And honestly,nobody should compromise the performance of their PC for $10.
