Display Adapter: Evga 660ti 2GB
Memory: 16Gb DDR3 1333
CPU: I-5 2500k
Mother Board: Biostar TZ77XE3
OS: Win 7 64-Bit
Since about a month ago my other video card in my SLI configuration has had a running clock speed that would never go above 324Mhz, so I took my good card out and tried running the bad one by itself. This showed me that even under a load of 70% the cards clock will not go up, as well as the fact that the power level is at 150%, and this card has never been OC'ed. I would love if someone would please help me. I wanna double check everything before I RMA.
Things I have tried:
Clean install of drivers.
Checking of other Video Card
Use of Nvidia Inspector for detailed specs.
