Is HP Compaq dc7700 Pentium D 1TB HDD Desktop PC
A good computer for streaming tv from web to my tv?
Will I be able to store my hd videos and use itunes too. Also store photo?

Yes, that PC is suitable for TV streaming and storing HD videos and photos.

If you wish to play HD video, i would advise you to upgrade to a dedicated graphics card such as a Nvidia GT210 or GT610 or an ATi Radeon HD 5450/6570 as they come in low profile versions.

This is advice that isn't the most important but may help, upgrading your CPU to atleast a Core 2 Duo E6400 will help you stream a bit faster and it will be faster overall.
