Hard drive problems ,please help!

I bought a msi laptop last month at Canada computers. I always heard the sound of my laptop hard drive starting and stopping, about a month when I used hd tune check, I got frightened. The start/stop count was 50324. PLEASE HELP

Are you sure the seller was giving you an un-opened laptop? Try taking it back and demanding they check out the problem. If they refuse, then the only option is to buy a 2.5" hard drive. I will also recommend backing up everything right now in case the drive fails.

..... It is new but maybe retaped. I couldn't do anything about this? Even if they refuse?

If they refuse service, then return the laptop to MSi and tell them the store refused service on your laptop. If you really wanted to, just tell them that if they refuse service, you're going to sue them (it's 100% legal to sue them for pre-maturely and purposefully voiding a warranty).

Sure is a big problem.. Failing hard drive 0_0
Too bad it will be hard to found the box and recipe of the computer but the warranty is to 2015 march
