what is the real amount of ram windows 7 32bit uses?

i have 4 GB 1333Mhz Ram ..and it shows the usable amount of ram is 3.5 ..is it true? or it use less than that? .

and will i get a huge increase of performance if i upgrade to windows 7 64bit?

yes its true the os uses a amount for its self and the rest goes to the system. for the low end windows 32bit you look in the right spot. you see with bill he knows how to market. thats why theres differant windows the more you pay for the best windows the more you get he's good and knows how to work it.

I'm Facing Stuttering in most of games, although of the good framerates, so people advised me to upgrade to windows 7 64bit, so that will stop the stuttering .
