Is this PSU enough to run this system?

I would like to build a new computer but I am not sure if I can keep my old psu or not. The system I would like to build is like this:

For a system using a single GeForce GTX 760 graphics card NVIDIA specifies a minimum of a 500 Watt or greater system power supply that has a maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 30 Amps or greater and that has at least two 6-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors. Some of the non-Reference Design GeForce GTX 760 cards have a single 8-pin or two 8-pin or one 6-pin and one 8-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors.

He's not going to overclock,he's looking at an i5 4670,=no "K" version,so the 500watt psu will do just fine.

That beeing said,if you want a nice cooler the next two are already very good and not to loud and still save $10 or $15 after rebate,

I read too,it also says at nvidia that the card uses 170watts,which is a maximum not overclocked,even when you overclock it just doesn't double that.The cpu might just use 100watts at maximum and in normal use less.
I think even with that card overclocked this system normally (=gaming) will not use more than 300watts and probably not even over 250watt so a 500watt psu should be enough.

Overclocking of the CPU and/or GPU(s) may require an additional increase to the maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current ratings, recommended above, to meet the increase in power required for the overclock. The additional amount required will depend on the magnitude of the overclock being attempted.

The Seasonic ET OEM 500W (SS-500ET) power supply unit, with its maximum combined +12 Volt continuous current rating of 34 Amps and with one 6-pin and one (6+2)-pin PCI Express supplementary power connectors, is sufficient to power your system configuration with a single GeForce GTX 760 graphics card.

Overclocking the MSI GTX 760 TwinFrozr Gaming OC only increses the power consumption by around 11 Watts during gaming which is within the PSU's capability to handle it.
