Hi guys, I have problems with AMD FX 8350 , and the CNQ is on, but when the Windows is open, it always runs at full speed, even if the power plan is on balanced. So if i want idle or something i have to change it on power save , but then runs on the minimum speed and wont speed up >.>.. what should I do?
I even optimized for min proc. speed 10% max 100% .. ;c
