What power supply do I need

Solution

For overclocking you want higher quality boards for more stability.
When it comes to Gigabyte I don't suggest anything under the "UD" designated boards like the UD3/UD4/UD5.
My full suggestion for a single card system that is capable of decent overclocking if you add some cooling.
Also added some faster RAM at the same price.

What about the Gigabyte GA-Z87X-D3H, what do you mean by "Better" motherboard
I'm using single graphics

What board would you suggest then that doesn't cost a truck load
And when you say 550w is that considering the overclocking and a mid power watercooler
