Ran out of USB headers?

I have an NZXT H630 case, a rampage iv black edition mobo, ax1200i and the corsair link cooling kit (not lighting) and now I am finding I have nowhere to connect the final usb 2.0 slot on my case.

Did I do something wrong or does this seem about right? I don't know why each of the 4 usb ports on the case (2x 3.0 & 2x 2.0) have to have their own cable.

Either way, am I missing something here or did I install things wrong or what should I purchase to best resolve this issue in a clean fashion.

Your Mb has only two of the usb2.0 header, you either use one for the card reader+ the front usb port or buy the usb y splitter cable. Like this one http://www.moddiy.com/products/10%252dPin-USB%7B47%7DAC97%7B47%7DHD%252dAudio-Internal-Header-Y-Splitter-Cable-%285cm%29.html

That thing looks awesome and looks like exactly what I needed but when I first considered it before posting I read that it can cause one USB to fail or run at low speeds since it's splitting the bandwidth?

In theory they will not, but I don't know the product you will buy, yes sometime the PC may or may not recognize it. If you worry about it, then just use the USB3.0 ports because the usb3.0 will backward compatible with usb2.0. Because you have 2X USB3.0 ( front) + one USB2.0 (front), other USB ports in the back too, if you use one of the USB2.0 header for the card reader.
