Hey everyone,

I'm looking for a $700 budget gaming pc build that can run TERA online and other mmorpgs on max settings with good fps, somewhere around a constant 60 would be nice. Also, if possible, I also need an OS(latest Windows OS please), monitor, and optical drive included with it. However, If it goes above the 700 price range with those included, still include it as I want to see the price regardless.

Thanks so much, this will also be my first build.

My humble suggestion:

This build is a little over budget, but I wouldn't skimp out on anything here. If you are a college student, you can probably get Windows for free or $10, depending on your school. That would put you well under. Anyway, here it is. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.

This build would require the OP being near a Microcenter to some of those items at those prices.

Thanks for the builds guys, and the radeon hd 7870 is not out of stock for that price, I just checked on newegg.

Also, do these monitors have built in speakers? Because if not, there's no way I would get sound. And I don't know which build to pick lol.

Both of those prices are available for online purchase. In store only is usually reserved for their CPU's (+a few other items) and you would see "in store only" under the add to cart button.

However, the motherboard is out of stock :(
