Cheap but good PSU

Hello, I'm looking for a PSU that has good quality and price (max 45 eur)
Also, how powerful should the PSU be for these specs:
Intel core i5 3570k, Radeon R9 270, seagate 7200rpm HDD etc.

Get a EVGA PSU, they make good gpu's and psu's.

from what I can read on the 'net. Its not a bad brand, depends on who the OEM is. They work, aren't great.
