The gtx650 is around 13K PKR, so that is currently your best bet.

But the above link is not a hard link, it seems some other user has posted it, and if the item is sold, then it may be taken down.
Since no variety is seen on your site, I'd advise you should go to your local computer shop and ask for a graphics card in the 13-14k range. Don't take any card he offers for 3-4k. They're mainstream graphics cards that cannot run ANY games.
Your motherboard is too obsolete: The general guideline is to invest most of your money in a CPU and GPU. If you're gonna do that with an old motherboard then you'll find that other components will start bottlenecking and you'll be forced to buy a new PC. Forget about the CPU and GPU and get a new PC.

How much are you willing to spend? The other person would recommend anything from $300 to $3000. But it is too hard to say anything without information about your budget, and if you want to reuse anything.

Hint: it is possible to build a good future-resistant PC in $1200-1500.

Another thing. $ is used just as an example. Your local currency and your local website matters most. Please post a site where you buy stuff from.

The only way that an upgrade will be worth it to you is if you have access to a way to purchase used CPUs. It is well known that you can actually drop a Core2Quad in there. It has to be either a Q6600 or Q6700. You can do a QX6700 but that would be insanely priced, even used.

Right now I see a used Q6600 for $50 on amazon, $69 for a Q6700

People are being crazy with low-profile cards I see a $100 for HD 7750 low profile on newegg and Amazon

You could play Far Cry 3 low/medium at a playable frame rate.

You just can't upgrade that crazy Dell PSU so you are stuck with a low GPU.

What country you in?

edit: I forgot to mention, the Quads need to have the copper core heatsink in that 745. So that might be another $10 used.

I love using older tech and for under $200 USD you could play current games but not all future games.

olx is crap. Go for something like flipkart.com(indian, substitute your site here) which offers new parts, not used parts which you have to go and buy yourself, not to mention that the parts you want may not be quality or even available.

I'm aware of the currency converters. I meant your budget -- like PKR 5000, 10000, something like that. How much are you planning to spend, and is that the max or you can extend that a bit?
