If you changed the operating system of the laptop, you may not be able to get it to work properly.

You can also do a search for drivers based on the hardware ID of the device, and do a web search for that hardware ID that you can get from Device Manager, in the options for the web cam. This is for a different product, but shows clearly how to get the hardware ID http://www.wikihow.com/Find-Hardware-ID
