Is this build still viable?

I completed this build for my son last year and it is stil kicking butt for him today. Now I'm ready to build my own. I don't play anything but WOW and the occasional D3. Other than that I just use my rig for normal day to day stuff.
Take a look at this list and see if there are obvious upgrades for the money or should I just keep on keeping on with this build. I would like suggestions as we'll on a SSD.

the 7850 is about the same as the 650 boost but these games with twimtbp it makes a lost of difference.in some cases not at all but itn diablo or wow it's a worthwhile thing.


the effects processing is a fairly big thing in wow

Isn't the 7850 better than GTX650 TI or even the Boost version?
