Is the Corsair 1200i enough for 3 gtx 780s and overclocked CPU?

I've been asking numerous questions these past few days to ensure that i'm doing everything right regarding compatibility and cooling, but I never thought about, if I even had enough power?

Im hoping to overclock a i7-4930k as high as I can, but not over 5.0

aswell as running 3 780s in sli.

To add to that, its going to be water cooled, and there is a possibily i might be using two loops, meaning two pumps, and i also have to power things like lights, dvd drives, hdd, ssds, fans, and etc.

So how much wattage of a power supply do i need?

lol you having a laugh? you could run 4 gtx 780ti with that psu and you would expect to be able to, its the highest end power supply available from corsair and the most expensive so yeah you could and have some extra head room in the future :)

A 1200i should be fine. A single 780 uses about 275W at Max power consumption. So 275*3 = 825W plus about 250W for the rest of the system = 1075W at Max load. So the 1200i will be fine.
