I've been searching a lot why my MBO was throttling CPU when OC, but I couldn't get the solution.
This is my everyday setup with no throttling.
so however have same problem, check this setup.
I have watercooling, and huge fan directed to MBO.
BCKL Clock control set to 200MHz
CPU NBR i freq - auto
HT link Freq. - auto
CPU CLOCK ratio 23
Advanced CPU core features 4.6 Ghz
Extreme memory - disabled
System Memory Multiplier 6.6..
Memory freq - ¸1332 Mhz
