Computer starts, but no display or boot

So my computer would start up, the fans would turn on, lights turn on, the power light would turn on, no display to my computer, so I changed out the motherboard, CPU, RAM, I got my HDD tested, works fine, new video card, and still nothing, everything on that computer is brand new at the moment except the PSU, HDD(that I know works), and the case. Please help me I gone through hell trying fix this computer and a ton of cash in the process. I also know my monitor works as well, as it works with my laptop just fine.

Wow... you dumped cash at a monitor issue? Have tried just a different monitor?

@corroded, its not the monitor, tried 2 different monitors and I know both of them work cause they work on my other computer just fine

IF all the components of the system are net new... and there is no video output on any of the video outputs receivable by any monitor...

You sir, have a winner.

Not a new Hard Drive, not a new power supply, not just the displah, whole computer doesn't boot, keyboard, mouse don't show up, it appears on but it isn't

OK... I hear the frustration. Lets back off some of the possibles...

I use this to help isolate hardware vs software issues.

The download lets you create a bootable usb (or CD) with a mini XP on it. The instructions for making the bootable USB are there as well.

Give it a shot.

Will try it, just tried resetting Cmos, no luck there, also when it starts it goes on for about 30 seconds then goes back off then back on again and it just repeats

Have you tried rebuilding the pc?
You could try it outside the case first.See if it works there.
When rebuilding check the stand offs,all cables etc. if they are placed correct.I got a guy not to long ago who just overlooked the 8pin for the cpu every time.
Can you try out another psu?
