Long story short, didn't mean to install the wrong chipset drivers at first but I did. Didn't remove them completely and installed over them with the correct ones. Now none of my USB's work. I've been trying system restore but it doesn't seem to work. Is the only last thing to do is complete factory settings? I don't know if I can do anything with drivers in the bios but maybe there's a way to install drivers there? My motherboard is MSI 970A-G43

Solution
not entirely sure if this would work or not but try booting safe mode with networking o.o Then uninstall all your mouse/keyboard drivers and then install again.

I meant to mention I already tried that. I eventually got it to restore to a point and got the drivers working again, yet when I go into device manager there's a yellow exclamation near two USB controllers. I already tried uninstalling them and replugging the keyboard in. The keyboard works but it still says they're not working properly. '

After I got everything back together, all of the internet sites I went to were not trusted, I think it has something to do with the clock, but I set the clock back to today and they're still doing the same THIS SITE IS NOT YET TRUSTED. Weirdest issue I've ever had to deal with.

Okay, the restore point still had some AMD components left over and when I uninstalled it all the USB ports uninstalled, then reinstalled. I think I'm on the right track.
