How Can I know what graphic cards are compatible with my computer

Solution
say you decide to upgrade depending on the types of games you want to play i would say not going over a r9 260x or r9 270x. but you would need to buy a 500 watt power supply to use the r9 270x.

Whats your power supply[in watts]?
Single rail or do you have multiple rails?
How much are you willing to spend for a new gpu?
Whats your processor?

The graphics card you have now is a low end gpu.

(How can we help you if you don't give us any information?)

Did some research he has a power supply that delivers 300watts!
If your going to upgrade your gpu to a high end or even medium end your going to need more power, if you buy a new power supply you need one that has at least 4 Sata cables.

Cpu is a i5 2nd generation.

i wouldnt use anything more than the stock card that comes with it i think its a 6450 unless you upgrade the power supply. how ever we cant really tell you what graphics card to use unless we have an idea of the processor your pairing it with.

His cpu is probably around or is the Intel Core i5-2310 2.9GHz Quad-Core Processor. Its good enough for most of the high end gpus.
