I have not had any luck in configuring an Asus Z87 Pro motherboard BIOS Version 1602 for an SSD as the OS drive and 2 x 1TB Seagate drives in a Raid 1. In the UEFI BIOS - SATA sets all Intel ports to AHCI or Raid and the Boot Menu can not specify a particular drive either all Hard Drives or Boot Drives only.

Set drives to raid in bios.
When pc post, you hit a key combination to go into the raid config app.
Set your Seagates in raid-1.
The ssd will be set as a single drive by raid controller.
On reboot, go back into bios and set ssd in boot order/primary boot device.
Now load Windows, you may need to put the raid driver on a usb pen drive s it can be loaded during setup, as Windows may not have native support.
