Gamepad Controller Funky

So I noticed that the Left Stick moves fine, but when I try and move my Right stick I see that it affects the Left stick somehow. Its like it pushes the X-axis of the Left stick one way or the other.

Any causes for this?

well that's a manufacturers fault it its new. If you have a xbox 360 wired or ps4 controllers I recommend you get a new one from amazon take a look at these ones works on any pc without installing a software.
