Probably about the same level, as in not very good.
As a rule of thumb Antec, Corsair, Seasonic and XFX. For the best quality and availability.
Possibly newer OCZ and PC power and cooling PSU's.
And Silverstone EF,ZF,ST,OP,DA and ZM series.
Rosewill's Capstone and Hive series are good too.
And the Rosewill Green 630W is also a solid choice.

OCZ is in bankruptcy , stay away from those units till more info is out there about support and warranty.

It's not the best but at least it is Antec and it actually has reviewed well for a budget oriented PSU.
If EVGA 500B is available for you and cheap, that might be a good alternative, otherwise the VP 450 will power a lower end PC just fine.
