These are the current items I have chosen for it, It's my first gaming PC and i'm looking to play pretty much all the new title games currently out, and coming in the future.

If anything would be better for this build please let me know, I'm on a budget of about 3,000 to 3,500

Processor: Intel® Core™ i7-4770 Processor (4x 3.40GHz/8MB L3 Cache)

Memory: 16 GB [8 GB x2] DDR3-1600 (G.Skill Ripjaws X)

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti - 3GB

Motherboard: ASUS B85-PLUS -- 2x PCIe x16, 4x SATA3 6.0 Gb/s, 2x USB 3.0

Power Supply: 850 Watt - Corsair RM850 - 80 PLUS Gold, Full Modular

Primary Hard Drive: 2 TB HARD DRIVE -- 64M Cache, 7200rpm, 6.0Gb/s

Data Hard Drive: 240 GB Corsair Force GS SSD -- Read: 555MB/s ; Write: 525MB/s

Optical Drive: 24x Dual Format/Double Layer DVD±R/±RW + CD-R/RW Drive

Sound Card: Creative Labs Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Audio -- 7.1 Channels, 96KHz/24-bit

Solution
The motherboard is VERY low end for this high quality of a build. Get an h87 board minimum.

16gb RAM is pointless for gaming. it offers nothing over 8gb.

Same goes for the i7. an i5 will perform identically and last just as long.

850w is WAY overkill. 650w is plenty.

A friend suggested this:

Gigabyte GA-B85-HD3 -- 2x PCIe x16, 4x SATA 6Gb/s, 2x USB 3.0

Is that a better option?

I'm really just looking at a list of motherboards I was sent.

Are either of these what you are talking about?

Gigabyte GA-P85-D3 -- 4x SATA 6GB/s, 4x USB 3.0

ASRock Z87 Pro3 -- 1x PCIe 3.0 x16, 4x SATA 6Gb/s, 4x USB 3.0

So with this being the corrected list, what kind of gaming performance am I looking at?

(I know the power supply is overkill but I got a nice deal the price)
