HD shows as Intel Raid O Volume can not access drive

For some reason my WD HD 250GB is showing unallocated in windows 8.1 but it can not initialize... In device manager shows up as Intel Raid 0 Volume... what should i do?

This is a secondary drive, I use it as a storage drive but I have never used it in raid.. and also it has something to do with intel drivers... I boot up into my other OS and the drive showed up fine.. but on the first os it gives all those problems I mentioned.
