I'm new at building PC's and i'm looking at motherboards that can support the i5 4670k processor.

These are the two I'm looking at MSI Computer Corp. Motherboard ATX DDR3 1333 LGA 1150 Motherboards H87-G43

What exactly is the difference? I'm not into editing or anything a long those lines just gaming.

Is the bottom one worth 50 more bucks?

The difference is that with one you can overclock (also has better sound) and with the other you cant. Since you have a k series processor you can overclock, or you were thinking about it (otherwise why get a k series for 40$ more?).

Honestly didn't know there was a non "k" version of the processor, not to adept at overclocking either, does the K version run the same as the non K version if they are both left un-overclocked?
