Hi everyone. I was working on my ASUS laptop and it fell down. nothing on the outside seems to be broken. now every time I start up i end up with the same problem, a black page written on it " windows encountered a problem communicating with a device connected to your computer. status: oxc00000e9. info: an I/O error"
i was not able to afford a laptop and when i get one from my father this happens to me. I would be most grateful if you can help.
