Hello, this is my specification of my Blue Devil!

Motherboard: MSI Z77A-GD65
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5Ghz (Turbo boost 3.9Ghz)
Ram: Kingston HyperX Beast 2x4GB 2400Mhz
GPU: Intel HD 4000
PSU: Chieftec modular A80 750W
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 2TB + OCZ 128GB 540MB Read/Write
CPU Fan: Intel Stock
Case: Cooler Master 932 HAF Advanced Tower

While in normal mode (OS without any games opened) my CPU Temperature is 30, 35, 40!

While playing games (Battlefield 3, Battlefield 4, GTA San Andreas) my CPU Temperature is unstable and big, it's sometimes 75, 80, 85, 90, 95!

Questions:
-Is my CPU damaged right now cause of overheating while gaming, and how I can check?
-Should I choose Corsair H110 or H100i or Noctua NH-D14?
-Should I buy HD 7750, I don't have much money, and will Temps go down after I change my GPU?
-Should I continue play these games I mean while this temperature?
-My PC has never restarted automaticly, should I worry about my CPU and Temps?
-What is max CPU temperature wich I can tolerate, and after wich number of Temperature I need to turn off the game?

Should I worry, reply fast!

No your CPU wont damage, but you didn't mount the stock cooler properly resulting in high temps. The stock cooler is not the greatest but more than enough to handle the 3770k at stock!

temps will drop slightly if you don't use the HD4000, however it sounds like your cooler is not mounted correctly. you may have shortened the CPU's life slightly if it's been run at 95C for extended periods, but otherwise it should be ok, no point in worrying about it until is breaks!

i have a Corsair H55 cooler on the same CPU and my idle temps are 19c-23c...like leeb2013 suggested, try re-seating your cooler
