Hi guys,
i got rid of my gpu for a while and am using a old 7600gt to fill the gap until i get some new stuff,
i was able to run my "60hz" SyncMaster BX2231 @ 75hz no problem with both a gtx650-e and gtx560 cards, - it actually went up to 84hz but the closer to the limit you got the more blurry the screen became so i just stuck to 75hz which looked perfectly fine...
now on the 7600gt it only goes up to 65/66hz and screen becomes corrupted afterwards...
i'm wondering why is that? and is there something i can do about it... ?
i'm using a DVI to HDMI cable and create custom resolution in nvidia control panel
scan: progressive / timings: automatic
maybe if i knew how to adjust the timings manually i could find settings that worked?
