Ok having some problems.

My computer freezes a lot of the time. Programs will become unresponsive and the whole thing will freeze. Is there anything I can do to prevent this. It's getting quite annoying.

System Specs
AMD FX 4300 Processor
8 GB G-Skill Sniper series Ram
Sapphire Radeon 7850 2 gb Video Card
MSI 970A-G46 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Toshiba 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM HDD
Antec 520W ATX12V / EPS12V
Windows 7

If anyone could help me or tell me what I need to upgrade in order for this to stop?

try to test your system with a more powerfull psu also did you do a memtest one stick at the time ,what are the temp of the parts in .

No I haven't done a memtest. How would I go about doing that. And also what would be a good program to get all the temperatures from my computer?

i use this http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php and it is free the memtest wil help to find if it is not a memory issue .

GPU is 32.0 C
HDD is 36.0 C
CPU 45.0 C
Auxilary 41.0 C
Motherboard 29.0 C
I will have to wait to get a CD/DVD to do the mem test as I have no available flash drives.
T1/D1 + 44.0 C /Whatever this is.
CPU 0 19.0 C Average

temp are realy good we will with the memtest but you could try the windonws zip auto installer version on a usb drive from this link http://www.memtest.org/
