Any of the following will work:
-Lower your settings
-Overclock your CPU
-Overclock your GPU
-Buy a descrete GPU if you dont have one
-If its a laptop, run on High Performance mode
-Use Tuneup Utilities or other optomisation software
-Install mods that lower the graphics
-Buy a new PC or upgrade the existing one

If i'm not mistaking RUST is still in its "early access" stage on STEAM is it not? If this is the case I'm sure the developers will release future patches that will increase performance considerably.
