Here is my build idea.
Concerns: if any parts aren't very new builder friendly to avoid. And what the difference is between the RAMs and the various versions of this mobo. (40 price range, im confused)

Build:
CPU i5-3750k w/
Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo for cooler
MOBO Asus P8Z77-v LGA 1155
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengence 240-pin SDRAM DDR3 1600
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 760 TF (comes OC'd) 2GB
HDD: WD blue 1tb or WD black 500gb
Optical Drive: Asus 24x dvd burner
Case: Cooler Master HAF 912 blue edition
PSU: Corsair Builder Series CX600

Is this build balanced? Thank you in advice for help!

Solution
That's a nice build. I'm not a fan of the case though. The Zalman Z11 Plus is a much better case and costs around the same.

Also, Corsair CX series isn't great. There are better XFX, Rosewill and Antec ~500-550W PSUs for around the same price.

Thanks!
The Older mobo has cheaper option that still offer what I'm wanting (sli compatible). between that and 3750k I save about $60-70. and as I'm already splurging here for my intended budget (was 700, now thinking more like 1,100.) and the performance increase isn't drastic, I figured to reign it in somewhere lol
Live USA, budget as close to $1,000 as I can get

Thanks for feedback zero, I'll have to check out the cases and PSU. (what about the other case is better exactly, and would 550w allow enough overhead for the video card and cpu to overclock in future? (I hope to add another card for sli in the future)

A PSU more like this? and I see what you mean on the case, $30 more for a 5 case fan is pretty sweet. tempting..
