The 8320 can overclock to 8350 levels easily.
The GTX 760 is a lot stronger than the GTX 660.
The XFX 650w gives you plenty of headroom for overclocking and future upgrades.
The Corsair 300R is a great quality case for the price with great airflow and cable management.
