Hi,everyone!
Well, yesterday my new case and motherboard(Mine died and was exchanged for a new one from the place I bought it)and I build my computer, but the temps are really crazy!

I overclocked the exactly how it was before the motherboard died!
From 3.0ghz to 3.6ghz and 1.5 voltage!(I think standard voltage is 1.32v or something like that)
Exactly how I used to do before, but now my temps are crazy!
It is REALLY high(Around 50°c when doing nothing,it used to be 15~20°c)
And when I try to play League of Legends it goes so high that my computer freezes and shuts down!(That happens when the cpu hits around 70°c)

And when i not doing anything, just looks at the desktop and seeing my temps,it goes down until 11~12°c,then it instantly goes to 28ish,then 38ish,then it gets to 58ish,then it starts to slowly go down to repeat the process!

Sorry for the big post, but could you guys PLEASE help me?What's wrong?
Bios and cpu drivers are updated!

I thought I didn't put enough thermal paste yesterday(I tried a new method, and I don't think i put enough)but today I took the heatsink off and put it on again with new thermal paste(Even a bit more than necessary, but not TOO much)and it is happening to same thing!
I know that I need to wait so that the thermal paste gets ''normal'' but I don't remember this happening when I installed the heatsink for the first time some months ago!

Ok,now I'm done!Sorry for making you reading a book!
Thanks in Advance!

Ok no 2 chips are alike no matter if they are the same chip, One you may get it to clock higher then the next one are you using a aftermarket cooler? are you using good thermal paste not the crap that comes with the box cooler they provide and also that's a apu chip when you overclock it your over clocking the gpu portion of the chip as well. As I mention no 2 chips are alike when it comes to overclocking. Its the luck of the draw.

I'm using the same APU as before, only Case and Motherboard changed(Motherboard is the same model than before)
I'm using Cooler Master thermal paste and an Hyper 212 Evo!
Oh,and the CPU and GPU overclock, even on an APU is different!
I overclocked the CPU clock only,GPU is still 600mhz!(I was running CPU 3.6ghz 1.5v and 8100GPU,not sure the voltage, before changing the motherboard and case,so it was even higher clocks than what I'm trying to do now)

Did you use more then a pea size drop of paste for your cpu? Your using a evo you shouldn't have crazy temps like that . Is the cooler on correct sorry I have to ask I mean did you torque it down evenly not too tight one side loose on the other ?

I used quite a lot thermal paste, and I torqued it as much as i could!
