for example when i try to install firefox it gives error that firefox is stopped working.
i faced same error while opening conter strike. please give me solution.

Look to boot into Safe mode and see if you can install software - if so chances are good it's Malware or maybe a virus - try running MalwareBytes (free version availabel) and a virus scanner
