As the title says, Im looking for a stupid high resolution monitor at about 27". I will be putting it through its paces with my new pc of about 6 months. I have the pc, now I just need the display that is worthy of it.

Sporting a GTX Titan GPU, intel 3930k CPU, Intel DX79si motherboard, 16GB Corsair vengeance 1866mhz ram, 2tb storage, 120gb samsung ssd bootdrive, 850w Corsair power supply.

Even a single titan will have issues at 4k, so you are looking at 1440p or 1600p. I am also wondering why you got a titan when a gtx 780ti is faster and cheaper. The only reason to go titan is compute or for SLI x3 or x4.
1440p looks quite nice, but dell has the new 4k 32' and 29' or 27' that will look even better.

Build was completed 6 months ago. 780ti was not out yet. However the Titan and 780ti are still pretty neck and neck. The Titan outperforms the 780ti with raw computing power, however the 780 does push a little more in the graphical rendering department.

Ah, ok. But the titan and 780ti are not equal. They are both built off the GK110 core, with the 780ti having all of it enabled. The 780 is a titan, but with double precision compute limited. So, since the titan is less limited, it has turned into a prosumer card with a niche market in high end SLI and compute areas.

tl;dr The 780ti is a fair bit more powerful in gaming but falls behind in compute due to being a fully enabled titan with less compute performance due to artificial limitations. :crazy:

@above Isn't that a b grade monitor?
