Which one of these cards have the best performance, cooling etc. for gaming? I'm on a budget so I can't buy one of the more expensive ones such as the saphire toxic. I also live in the UK where prices seem to be a bit more expensive. Thanks for any help!

PowerColor AXR9 280X 3GBD5-DHE

Gigabyte GV-R928XOC-3GD

MSI R9 280X GAMING 3G

Btw this is my build so far (open for change)

Go for the gigabyte card. Its cooler has a good reputation for keeping the components cool and you have the highest factory overclock (and you can OC more cuz of the good cooling). If you are on a VERY strict budget then the powercolor will be just fine, although its the most basic and cheaply made 280x.

Ok thanks for your help, looks like im going to get the gigabyte one. Before i buy all the parts (as that was the last component i needed to decide about) does everything look compatible?

I have the gigabyte 280x OC rev 2. My highest stable overclock while playing BF4 is about gpu 1145MHz, and memory 1570MHz.

Oh, i can go up to 1250mhz with my vapor-x (although it gets very loud) and my mem can go to 1600mhz.

I wish I could go that high. My Unigine 4 Benchmarks pretty much top out at the 1145MHz gpu, and 1570MHz memory. Any higher doesn't give me any improvement and is unstable, crashes. My voltage is also locked. My Unigine Heaven 4 Benchmark with with 1920x1080, Ultra Quality, Extreme Tess, and 0 AA, 45.4 fps, score 1143. Running on Windows 7 64, i& 4770K @ 3.9GHz, 8Gigs ram etc.

I run BF4 multiplayer maxed out, usually no problem. lowest 41fps, highest 94fps, avg from all runs is about 65fps.
