Question about PSU and AVR

i just bought a new PSU with on/off switch. here is my question, what is the first component should i switch on my system unit? PSU First then AVR? or AVR First then PSU? is it the same when turning off System unit?

AVR? You mean audio receiver/amplifier.

The switch on the back of your PSU can stay on basically forever. Don't bother turning it off. That's what the start menu or power button on the front (if you change some settings) is for.

You can switch them on or off in any order you like.
