Hello, i have read all of the posts there about the same problem but doesn't help me to solve it..
When i try to install Realtek drivers then the Audio Service doesn't work

and the Realtek Audio Manager is empty

so i try to solve it by its default windows settings when i press the audio device icon and its show me this one

after this my Audio Service and Realtek Manager change to normal

when i try to load a sound nothing working.

Both Realtek and Audio Service settings disabled again and so on the same loop. What can i do for this one?

PROBLEM SOLVED (for me)

Spent about 12hours straight on this problem! hopefully this will solve the problem for a few people:

The problem is the drivers, latest realtek drivers don't work, latest drivers from MSI don't work. You need to get hold of the driver 6.0.1.6959

Its on softpedia. Youll find a weird CAB driver file 6.0.1.6959
> uninstall reatek from control panel add remove programs
> Download that 6.0.1.6959 cab file.
> Use WinRAR to extract the CAB contents
> Then goto your devise manager, under AUDIO
> click on each item > update driver > manual > point it to the extracted cab folder

That solved it for me...
Hope that helps...
Good luck
