FPS increase help

Hey guys this is my first thread,so my problem goes like this my FPS is really low when I'm playing NFSMW2 now when i got my performance-quality settings change towards performance the FPS was about 15-20 but when i changed from 2D-3D it dropped to 10 so what part of my hardware/software should i change?My PC config.:
Motherboard:Intel DG41RQ
CPU:Intel Pentium Dual Core 2.7Ghz E5400
GPU:Nvidia Geforce GT610 2GB DDR3
RAM:3GB DDR2

your gpu is the weakest part of your system.you need better gpu

Your system is quite weak. Your Gpu is the worst and try moving up to DDR3 ram atleast hehe.

you won't find a good GPU that will even be able to run minecraft at low settings for 78$. You gotta save up for a new GPU and possibly also a new PSU

^ noo it depends on resolution he play @720p hd 6670 can handle games at medium settings at ease
