Wanting to upgrade a Phenom ii x4 965 black

Hi Guys

I bought earlier this year a phenom black CPU as above and now want to upgrade this but have already tried the FX6100 which i hated so wanted to know if anyoe can recommend a good processor from AMD (dont want to go to intel)

without having to buy a new board which is the best CPU for the AM3+ board then the FX8350 as i am willing to sell my phenom which seem to be doing really well on ebay at the moment so price not an issue just dont want to have to change the board.
I will be used for gaming along side a HD7870 and the phenom is only giving me a 7.4 WIS which is the lowest i have so need to change that LOL

based on what you have right now, you don't really need to upgrade the cpu, your pc is pretty balanced. (just an opinion) and maximum suported by motherboard is FX-8350.
