my gpu core clock exceeds my gpu boost clock...why??

my gpu boost clock is only 980

but gpu clock speed exceeded my boost clock..it reached 1084

why??

The boost on my cards is 1046 yet they run @1176 and no I haven't worked why! :lol:

its just an inno3d...i am impressed even though its the cheapest version available in my place...after some research, gpu clock can exceed gpu boost clock depending on your temperature and power source available...
