So I'm building my first ever PC and decided on getting a GTX 770 after a lot of debating on which card I should get.

The problem I'm facing now is that I can't decide which GTX 770 to get since there are so many different types. I found 4 GTX 770s which I could potentially buy

PNY 2GB- http://www.scan.co.uk/products/2gb-pny-gtx-770-overclocked-28nm-pcie-30-7200mhz-gddr5-gpu-1150mhz-boost-1202mhz-cores-1536-dport-dv

EVGA 2GB- http://www.scan.co.uk/products/2gb-evga-gtx-770-sc-acx-28nm-pcie-30-7010mhz-gddr5-gpu-1111mhz-boost-1163mhz-cores-1536-dport-hdmi-d

MSI 4GB- http://www.scan.co.uk/products/4gb-msi-gtx-770-twin-frozr-ii-28nm-pcie-30-7010mhz-gddr5-gpu-1046mhz-boost-1085mhz-cores-1536-dport-

Zotac 4GB- http://www.scan.co.uk/products/4gb-zotac-gtx-770-28nm-pcie-30-7010mhz-gddr5-gpu-1059mhz-boost-1111mhz-cores-1536-dport-dvi-hdmi

The PNY card can run at the highest resolution out of the cards and offers a life time warranty with the card but the EVGA card is very popular and is a more well known brand and is also nvidias no.1 partener and has great customer services.

The MSI card has 4GB of RAM and since I don't plan on upgrading my graphics card every year this is useful and also I haven't heard anyone complain about a MSI card before. The Zotac card has 4GB of Ram and like before this is useful to me and also I hear Zotac has great cooling in their cards and cooling is important for the new GPU Boost in nvidia cards which works off the card temperature.

Which card should I buy and why? Also does anyone recommend another GTX 770 of a similar price range to the others and why? Moreover does anyone recommend any other cards eg amd 7970 3GB, amd R9 280X 3GB, or GTX 760 4GB and why?

Alos what are your thoughts on this card guys ? ScanFX- http://www.scan.co.uk/products/2gb-scanfx-gtx-770-overclocked-28nm-pcie-30-(x16)-7010mhz-gddr5-gpu-1072mhz-boost-1124mhz-cores-1536?ProductId=82741

Its the shops brand and it doesn't seem too bad and sells for a very nice price but I dunno if it's as good as the other cards.

Any help is appreciated :)
Thanks.

EVGA for sure.

Reasons:
> Great quality and out of box performance
> You get a free game(s)!
> They offer a great upgrade program ("Step-Up")

Unless you are going to run multi-monitors, that 4GB might go unused. I think you would do just fine at 2GB.

The newer 200X models that AMD offers run hot as hell. Unless you want to cook some late night Hot-Pockets, I would stay away. They are still tweaking these cards, but right now I am not a fan.

Plus the upgrade thing EVGA odes has to be done within the first 90 days of getting my card which seems useless since I can barely afford the GTX 770 as it is

EVGA's Step-up program does not really mean you get/pay for and upgrade in the 90 day period. As long as you elect this option before the 90 day period expires, you will be put into a queue that may take several months. You can choose not to upgrade at any time or even once your number is up (at least this is my understanding). In a nutshell, you get to play the card you purchase today for several months, but you also guarantee yourself the trade-in value of your card (the original amount the card cost you would be used even though it is a "used" card) in the future for an upgraded card. This program is #$%@ing awesome in my opinion and should not be underestimated =p.
