I have to ask, why would anyone buy a 32-bit OS anytime after 2007?

As for your originaal question, if you have already bought the parts, it is a fairly decent gaming setup, you should be able to max out most games at that resolution :)

i wasn't a big fan of pc gaming back then... i usually just play MMORPGs and i pretty much didn't consider most technical stuffs when i bought my first PC... :p (the GPU & PSU were only changed recently... at first i had an HD 4650 & generic 450W PSU)

anyway... i searched for an FX 6300 (as toddybody suggested) but i couldn't find stocks near our place... so i bought an a10 6800k instead... i'm pretty pleased with the performance so far... i dunno if dual graphics were applied (with the HD 7770) but i got better framerates (compared to when i was using i5 650) when i play games now... i can totally max out the settings and not get laggy... i guess this is good for now... :D

CPU - a10 6800k @ 4.4Ghz
MOBO - Gigabyte F2A55M-DS2
