Upgrading time or not...I've been having some pretty long loading with Battlefield 4 and i can only play at medium settings with some small hiccups.

Here is the system :
I3-2120 @ 3.47 GHz (small overclock from 3.3 base)
GTX 760
8 Gig ram
300 gig standard HD
I don't remember the mobo on top of my end but it's like 2 years old.

So i've been wondering if it's a good time to upgrade, what should i mostly upgrade or should i wait for a new technology coming in soon.

Thank you!

Youll definitely improve with an i5/i7 (BF4 likes multiple threads)...but the 760 is a good card and should be giving you no issues at 1920x1080.

I'd say (if you stick with your current motherboard), buy:

i5 2500K (else a 3570K or 4670K with 1155/1150 socket boards)

Second 760 for SLI
...............

Those changes are gonna make you super slick for BF4 and future titles

Or even a modern 7200 RPM HDD. From the 300GB size...seems like an old drive

You definitely want an ssd for bf4. Also, make sure to actually install it to it. If you just move it with symbolic links it won't load as fast. I originally had it on an hdd, but by the time I loaded every vehicle would be gone. Now that I have it on an ssd I get first choice.
